Before there was an "Equinox" model from SigSauer/SigArms, TJ's Custom Gunworks was offering a 1/2 Polished Slide job.
This pattern (published in Combat Handguns Magazine (early 1990's)) is what SigSauer/SigArms copied for thier "Equinox" pattern gun line.
The guns below have "TJ's Custom 1/2 Polished Slides". And below you can see how the guns looked before TJ's work.

The Slides & Frames were coated with TJ's Black Teflon Plating, then the Slide Sides were Hand Sanded & Rub Polished
All Sharp Edges & Corners were Melted & Smoothed, TJ's Super Grit-Grip Tape in Front Straps
The Small Parts were Satin Brush Polished, Semi-Bobbed & Rounded Hammers with One-Way Serrations
The Original Triggers were Re-Shaped, Rounded, and then Satin Polished
Barrel Hoods were Satin Polished + High Polished Barrel Rounds & Tips, Polished Guide Rod Rounds & Tips
UP-Bent Slide Catches, Night Sights with Orange DayGlo™ Highlighting
High Polished TJ Hex Head Stainless Grip Screws, And Of Course TJ's Level 1 Action / Reliability Package
High Polished Pins & Internals Included in the TJ Level 1 Package
